SLR Kick-Start/ Maintenance Programmes are designed to provide you with nutrition advice, training routines, meal planning, goal tracking and feedback.
My programs are for people who are
- Self motivated – You don’t need your hand held, as long you know what to do your happy to get on with it.
- Just testing the water - Your not ready for a personal trainer just but you need to get on track with your fitness.
- Fitness fanatic - You train regularly but now have plateaued and need some variation to your training methods to give it a boost.
- Ready to go alone – You’ve finished with a personal trainer and want to carry on by yourself to maintain the results you’ve gained.
- You may have to fill out a questionnaire before getting started so I can assess where you’re at, and where you want to be. The questionnaire will contain questions to find out your current eating patterns, fitness levels and goals.
These specific programs are created with the users goal in mind. You will be able to track improvements, workouts and nutrition information. The idea behind this is so you can make more progress by aiming for and meeting fitness or weight loss goals. Programs range from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. The different prices depends on your needs.
